Weathering the S.T.O.R.M.

"After many life challenges and traumatizing incidents (domestic violence, cancer, combat injuries, and many others), I eventually learned that life must go on.

Although the rain and storms never ceased in my life, I couldn’t remain parked under the bridge in a dry spot. Daily, I pulled forward and continue through the weather.

So, this journal Weathering the S.T.O.R.M. (Surviving, Triumphing, Overcoming, Moving Forward), is just that. It’s a way to manage, maneuver, and cope with your life head on. You have joy and strength within you and I believe in your potential.

This journal is designed as a tool for one to conduct self-assessments, set realistic goals, and produce life-transforming affirmations that will shape, sharpen, and provide you with a level of confidence vital to Weathering the S.T.O.R.M.’s that you may experience in your life." - Elizabeth Siplin, Author of Weathering the S.T.O.R.M.
