Our S.T.O.R.M. Resiliency Coaches lead impactful workshops designed to help those who have faced significant adversity, such as domestic violence, loss of a loved one, major illness, and PTSD.
The program was built from the lived experience of our founder, Elizabeth V. Siplin, who, in addition to being a successful entrepreneur and highly respected faith leader, is a survivor of domestic violence, cancer, and a combat-wounded Army veteran who has overcome PTSD.

Through this 8-module resiliency training, participants are guided to face their storms head-on and rediscover their inner joy and strength.
Each session integrates psychosocial rehabilitation (PSR) principles with a strong focus on building social connections within the group and helping participants feel seen, heard, and connected as they embark upon this life-changing healing journey.
